健身一个月，特此总结如下。

1，在我们俱乐部，大多数都是大老爷们，所以说话百无禁忌，“傻×”是亲密用语，“牛×”是恭维用语，“女人”是侮辱用语，形成了特定了“健身房文化”。有一次，一个哥们刚一进门，看一熟人在练，大喊“贱人！”，结果7、8个人回头，都以为在叫自己那！

2，在我们俱乐部，攀比是一件难免但是必须要谨慎的心态。一个块头还算可以的哥们刚来的时候看不起比较瘦小的陈教练，不按照计划训练，陈教练倒挂在他面前做了一百个上挺身，那哥们服了。有一回，一个新来的哥们见我比较瘦，以为我也是新来的，每次都拉着我一起做，后来我做了50个元宝收腹，让他明白了他的计划与我的不同。用实力说话最有用！

3，美女擅长冷笑话，健身房里的帅哥也很擅长。

甲：“今天我带来一个戏法给你看看。”乙：“媳妇儿？”甲：“……”

4，一日，我在卖力的练胸，教练过来盯了良久，在我肚皮上捏了一把，脂肪太多了…………
